I have some new bears and bunnies I am getting ready to add to my Etsy shop, Sweet Sophie Blue. I also am very excited to introduce chicks and birdies! I will be adding them all over the next week or so. Keep your eye out on the shop to see them all!
I’m very excited to be adding some more styles to my custom initial embroidered line of vintage fabric necklaces to my Etsy shop, Sweet Sophie Blue’s this week! Now you can get up to three lower case initials on a necklace, as well as a sweetheart design, custom date, and my personal favorite; custom birthstone colored embroidered heart necklaces. Check em’ out:
These custom heart necklaces are my new favorite thing. Each heart color represents a “birthstone” for the month of a loved one’s birth. The aqua one I made for my Mother-in-law for Mother’s day this year. Each heart represented one of her children. My husband is october with the opaly blue, my brother in law is amethyst for feburary, and my sister in laws are yellow for november, and deep red for january. You can customize any number of hearts for your loved ones. Get one to celebrate your kids, you and your spouse, sisters, mother and daughters, I did one for myself with my pets birth hearts. That one was covered in hearts!
You can now get up to three lower case letters on a custom embroidered initial necklace. Get your own monogram, or you and your bff.
Custom date necklaces to celebrate a special occasion are so sweet!

You can find all these fun little cuties in my shop here:
I have been meaning to post these for the last couple of weeks. I have recently been working on a new line of softies for my shop. I love to sew and have started making bears each with their own personality and little story. They all come dressed in clothing made from vintage fabrics, and accessorized. I just started making “naked bears that you can dress yourself and will post about those next. But first let’s meet the one of a kind artist bears available in my shop.
Miss Lulla Rose is a collector. She lives in one of the biggest oak trees in the forest, and her home is chocked full of treasures. Her favorite things to collect are bunny toys, chairs, teapots, ceramic planters, and stamps. You can usually find her scouring the local antique shops and thrift stores, or she perhaps at home decorating with the help and opinion of her many cats.
Madeline Maree is an artist at heart and creates art with whatever she can get her paws on. Her favorite things to make are blankets, pincusions, garden art, and cake decorating. She’s just as fierce a knitter as she is a skilled welder. There’s nothin this bear can’t do.
Ophelia Louise, or Opie Lou as her family calls her, is a sweet spirited bear. She has many loves, but her favorite things to do are dance, read poetry, and bake cupcakes. Most days you can find her dancing in her kitchen, or hangin out with her friends reciting the great sonnets of Shakespere and munchin on handmade sweets.
Little Miss Emmylou is a quiet and kind little bear who likes to spend all of her time outside with her woodland pals. Her favorite things are picking wildflowers, drinking tea in pretty cups, and her best pal and constant companion Ferdinand the deer. Most afternoons you can find Emmylou and Ferdinand curled up under a big tree with a good book and a cup of tea.
Madame Mollie Mae is just mad about birds! She owns a pet shop in town that specializes in all types of exotic birds. She can whistle and mimic the call of any bird in her shop. She lives high up in a tree house shaped to look like a big fancy victorian birdhouse along with her best friend and favorite bird, Ollie blue.
Auntie Odalee is a spunky and nuerotic old gal who absolutely loves to explore. She’s an accomplished musician and opera singer who retired from the stage to lead a more exciting life traveling and teaching piano lessons to the rich and famous aboard her sailboat.
You can find all these funky gals in my etsy shop Sweet Sophie Blue.
I am so excited to announce my new hand embroidered necklaces are now in my etsy shop. Each one of a kind necklace is hand stitched with your choice of letter and vintage fabric. These would make great gifts for your bridesmaid, best friend, mom, or favorite little gal. And of course you can always treat yourself! Check em’ out here: www.sweetsophieblue.etsy.com

If you would like to add this lovely necklace to your jewelry box, leave me a comment below with your name.
I’ll be picking a name at random and the winner of this fabulous giveaway will be posted tomorrow night. Have a fantastic day everyone!
I’ve just added these two sweet vintage brooch necklaces to my shop. They are both made with vintage silvertone brooches and a mix of new and vintage beads. One of my favorite things in the world is vintage moonglow beads! They have this fabulous sheen about them, like a glowing moon, simply fantastic! And both of these beauties are adorned with moonglows! These one of a kind lovelies, along with everything else in my shop are now on sale until Valentine’s day(see the storefront for cupon code).
