Happy Monday everyone! It’s February and I am getting all excited about Valentine’s Day coming up. I am going to try my hand at a chocolate cheesecake this year. Valentine’s Day is one of my favorite holidays because it celebrates love, and also because it is full of hearts and I am all about cute hearts any time of year really!
