Favorite Vintage Finds of the Week- February 27th

I found so many cute things on Etsy vintage this week! I happened across a set of vintage circus themed glasses, and then did a search for vintage circus and have just been lost in the cuteness for days! So, this week I am posting my favorite vintage circus finds. I have to admit, I have a total love for vintage circus items, which is funny, since I am also completely against the way the circus treats their animals, and am pretty anti circus at the same time. It’s the adorable brightly colored imagery, the lovely stripes, and the oh so cute animals that I swoon over. Take a peek at the amazing circus finds discovered this past week:

I Heart Etsy Fridays- Bainbridge Farm Goods

This week I am featuring the wonderful art of Bainbridge Farm Goods on Etsy. Last spring I was able to talk my parents into letting me and my hubby build a small coup in their backyard so we could raise chickens. They were happy at the thought of having fresh eggs, which I have to say are awesome. I, of course, was thrilled at the idea of having a flock for pets. We have six hens, and a rooster, and they are all so lovely. Their coup is super cute, and these awesome signs from Bainbridge Farm Goods would be perfect on the egg door. I love them all, but my favorite of course, is the fresh eggs, and the black sheep, so adorable!

These wonderful aluminum signs would be great decoration for the kitchen, for the porch, for your pickett fence, or for your coup or stable. To see more of these fabulous signs and get your own visit the shop on Etsy here: www.

Beau & Roux’s Corner

I’ve said it before and i’ll say it again, I am a big animal lover! I love all kinds of animals, but none of them tug at my heart more than my italian greyhound, Beaureguard, and my lynx point siamese Roux Toulouse. They are spoiled beyond reason(along with the other pets), and so I guess it is fitting that I’ve decided to give them their very own spot on my blog. Here are some of their furry faves from the internet this week:

All of these cuties were found on pinterest and can be seen in my pets and animals board. And you can check out the websites they came from as well:

Until next week Darlings…..

I Heart Etsy Fridays- ARTificial Lights

I have been meaning to start this for a couple of weeks now, but have been so busy. Today will be the first of many I heart Etsy posts. Every Friday I will be highlighting one of my favorite artists from Etsy’s sea of talent. To kick off the series, today I am starting with one of my favorite artists Elly Tullis of ARTificial lights. This awesome gal takes vintage ceramics and gives them new life, and oh so much flair by revamping them into retro lighting. Not only are the lamp bases really cool, but the shades are beautiful. Each lamp is truly a work of art, and they range from elegant, to sweet, to quirky, and kitchsy. I love them all! All though I have to say, I do believe the kitty lamp with the aqua polkadot shade is calling my name. Here are a few of my favorites:

You can find all these lovelies at Elly’s shop ARTificial Lights. Click on this link:  to see more…

Have a great weekend everyone!
